In addition to the magnificent golf course, Pinnacle Point Beach and Golf Resort  offers guests a nature reserve with wildlife. A variety of birds can be watched from a bird hive that overlooks the ocean. The St. Blaizes Trail is an extremely scenic hiking trail. It starts in Mossel Bay and is approximately 9 km in length. A large portion thereof traverses through Pinnacle Point. The resort has two beautiful private sandy beaches. A children’s play area. Mountain bike and walking trails. Historical caves that can be viewed with a guided tour.

The resort is ideally located to explore many other attractions of the Garden Route. This area has stunning mountains with beautiful hiking trails. There are numerous scenic beaches with great waves for surfing. This area is also well known for whale watching especially between June and October. Offshore activites include scuba diving, deep sea diving and fishing. Mountain biking is growing in popularity in this area with some popular races being hosted. Ostrich farms and the famous Kango Caves can be found further inland. We are certain that the Garden Route will not disappoint.

The climate at Pinnacle Point is very favourable and mild.

Typically the summer months are warm and dry. While winter is predominantly the wetter period at Pinnacle Point, however, temperatures still remain mild. Mossel Bay has a unique microclimate with lots of sunshine. An average of 320 days per year are sunny and almost 80% of rain falls at night. During the day it often become windy, which is typical for coastal regions.

Pinnacle Point is also an archeological site of great importance. The remains that have been found in the caves near the club house date back to thousands of years. These are some of the oldest findings of our ancestors.
